We begin by scheduling an appointment, where the Owner and President, Christine Reed, will visit to your residence or facility and meet you with a professional and friendly smile. Christine will follow you through your residence, documenting each cleaning task that you want completed. This ensures that your home is “Custom Cleaned”, specifically the way you want it, so there are no cleaning issues that you need to take care of yourself.

After this process is completed Christine will provide you with a proposal in a very timely manner. Once this proposal is accepted, a Custom Cleaning Performance Sheet is completed and given to one of our Professionally Trained Cleaning Crews that is assigned to clean your residence or facility. Typically we have two employees assigned to each Cleaning Crew. Their goal is to Custom Clean your home or commercial facility so that you can immediately see the amazing difference.
